The Affordable Series 1" scale dollhouses are made of 3/8" Fiberboard for strength and long life. They come complete with all pieces precision sawn (not stamped) to the finished dimension. The kits also includes Our own Colonial Style Architect's Choice preassembled windows and exterior door, front corner trim, shutters, assembled staircases without railings, and complete illustrated, color instructions.
Glue, Paint, Siding and Shingles extra.
