Shipping:
All orders shipped in the USA are charged a $8.50 flat shipping fee, no matter how much is purchased.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International shipping has an additional fee above the $8.50 flat shipping, to cover the actual shipping
Dollhouse orders are subject to an Additional Heavy item handling fee surcharge, Listed on each dollhouse
International orders Shipped by USPS (us mail): only will be charged actual shipping. We will contact you via email with the shipping charges, once your order is complete. Customers will be notified by email, if their order will not be shipped within one week.
Customer pick-up: We will email or call when orders are complete for pick-up. We will hold the order for only two weeks after notification.
Returns:
We must be notified, by email, phone, or in writing about a return to us. The returns can then be approved for shipment back to us.

To return an item to Earth and Tree Miniatures, just follow the instructions below and we will do the rest.
Just include this form filled out with the merchandise.
To return an item, follow the instructions below:
1. Pack the item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in.
2. Include a copy of this form as well as a copy of your original packing slip.
3. Please note that shipping charges CANNOT be refunded, unless merchandise was damaged or incorrect item shipped.
4. Refunds for any returned items will be deducted from the amount of new order, if requesting an exchange.
