Inspired by a house in Minnesota. Notice the raised kitchen (right) with doors out to a deck or patio. The balconies (left) are included. Designed to use a spiral staircase from the first to second floor, and an open stair to the loft.
Our 1" scale dollhouses are made of 3/8" Fiberboard for the outside walls. The floors are 3/8"plywood for strength and long life. They come complete with all pieces precision sawn (not stamped) to the finished dimension.
Windows, doors, siding, paint, trim, and other finish materials are optional extras.
