This Kit comes made out of 3/8" ULDF. Doors, windows, siding, shingles, railings, trim, and shutters are extra. This house measures 48''L x 24''D x 32''H. All door and window holes are precut for Architect's Choice components. It has ten rooms and a two story porch.
Shell kit only includes all precision cut parts.
