The DOVER is a 1650 Colonial that can be found on the village green of any New England town. The inside has been modernized to have 3 rooms plus a bath on the second floor. The bath can be left out during assembly to create an original colonial style house.
Our 1" scale doll houses are made of 3/8" Fiberboard for the outside walls. The floors are 3/8"plywood for strength and long life. They come complete with all pieces precision sawn (not stamped) to the finished dimension.
The Dover measures 32" wide x 16" deep
Clapboard siding grooved into the exterior walls. Ready to prime and paint.
Windows, doors, paint, trim, shutters, and other finish materials are optional extras. Finished structures are shown for ideas only.
