The Exterior front and sides are smooth - making in ready to be finished off in brick, stone or stucco
Our `1" scale dollhouses are made of 3/8" Fiberboard for the outside walls. The floors are 3/8"plywood for strength and long life. They come complete with all pieces precision sawn (not stamped) to the finished dimension.
Windows, doors, paint, shutters, trim, and other finish materials are optional extras.
