The Exterior front and sides have clapboard siding Milled into the dollhouse itself. No need to glue on siding sheets.
Our `1" scale dollhouses are made of 3/8" Fiberboard for the outside walls. The floors are 3/8"plywood for strength and long life. They come complete with all pieces precision sawn (not stamped) to the finished dimension.
Windows, doors, paint, shutters, trim, and other finish materials are optional extras.
