The Affordable Series 1" scale doll houses are made of 3/8" Fiberboard for the outside walls. The floors are 3/8"plywood for strength and long life. They come complete with all pieces precision sawn (not stamped) to the finished dimension. The kits also includes Our own Colonial Style Architect's Choice preassembled windows and exterior door, front corner trim, gingerbread trim, railing components, shutters, assembled staircases, and complete illustrated, color instructions.

Glue, paint, and shingles are not included.
