This Peterborough Dollhouse kit Measures 17'' wide x 12'' deep x 22-1/2'' high
This 1" scale dollhouse is constructed out of 3/8" pine plywood for the walls and 3/8" plywood for the floors. The plywood can be stained and finished to give a hardwood flooring finish. The 3/8" walls are a great strength for wiring and for being played with, they really hold up. Shell kit only includes all precision cut wood parts.
