An interesting little Victorian. 2 rooms plus an attic with a front porch. We sometimes add a wall on the second floor to give a separate bathroom. (not included) Nice little porch for grandma to rock away to lazy summer evenings.
This kit includes the additional wallmounting kit, to make it a wallhouse. Extentions for the left and right walls and the two part cleated wall brackets.
Shell kit only includes all 3/8" precision cut parts.
Windows, doors, siding, paint, trim, and other finish materials are optional extras. Finished structures are shown for ideas only.
