This is a 1/144th scale miniature dollhouse kit. It is laser cut and comes as a kit with step by step instructions to help you assemble it. It is made from 1/16" and 1/32" Basswood. It measures 3 1/4" Wide x 3" Deep x 5" high. The Foliage and any interior or exterior items shown are not included in the kit.
