Cakes and Pie Trio:
In this class students will make two iced cakes garnished with lemon and lime slices and a strawberry meringue pie garnished with strawberry slices and a dollop of whipped cream. Each student will receive two hand-blown glass cake stands and intricate laser cut doilies to display their cakes on. Students will learn various techniques such as working with liquid clay and coloring with pastels. Each student will be given plenty of supplies to make more goodies at home!
