Kari the Owner Kari is the delightful owner of Earth and Tree Miniatures. She has owned the business since 1986. She is happy to answer any questions about miniatures. You will find her behind the counter being the shipper on 101. |
| JaNeen the Manager JaNeen is the manager of Earth and Tree Miniatures and the on site Mill. She is very knowlegeable about Dollhouses and miniatures. JaNeen teaches the wiring workshops. If you have a question she will find the answer. |

Ryan the Sawyer Ryan works in the Mill and cuts out and assembles the Dollhouse kits. His excellent skills make our Dollhouse kits very easy to assemble. |
| Sherry Sherry has an amazing ability to set up a miniature scene and make it look real. She has arranged most of the store. If there is a specific item you are looking for, Sherry would know if we have it. |

Melodie Melodie wears many hats in the store. She finishes the houses as well as being in charge of the dollhouse inventory. She is the one to ask if you are looking for a specific book relating to dollhouses. |
| Top Elf Cassandra Ann was Born on December 2, 2006 and she has been here hard at work since she was four weeks old. She is so lucky that she gets to work with Mom JaNeen Lentsch, Dad Ryan Lentsch and Grandma B, Kari. Right now she is relaxing under one of the shade trees. |

Head Elf Dwight Thomas was Born on February 20, 2008 and has joined the staff with Mom JaNeen Lentsch, Dad Ryan Lentsch Big Sister Cassandra, and Grandma B, Kari No we don't have real goats at the store but if you need one in miniature we have plenty in stock |
